As a former manager of financial analytics teams in start-up and corporate environments, I am uniquely qualified to train your team members to treat themselves and each other more compassionately, with deeper breathing, Non-Violent Communication, mindfulness based stress reduction, and yoga movement practices.
I've taught yoga and mindfulness for ten years and custom designed successful stress-reduction programs for corporate teams of all physical abilities and age ranges. Needs-based offerings range from tactical, stress-reduction toolkit-creation workshops; guided meditations enjoyed laying down; high intensity interval training; how-to-breathe workshops; to weekly yoga classes offered simultaneously online and in-person.
