Service Description

Price covers two, 75 minute sessions, ideally scheduled 3 - 21 days apart. Sessions include guidance and hands on assistance to deepen your breathing, free your diaphragm, and correct imbalances caused by chronically weak (and/or) too tight core muscles. I'll come to you. Sessions are conducted in your home. Expect to breathe more easily, have more energy, and relieve stress from your body and nervous system.
